A Descriptive Meaning of High Blood Pressure
What is High Blood Pressure?
High bloodpressure is mount in force enforced by circulating blood on the artery walls as a natural reaction to strain or normal work. If you are suffering from hypertension repeatedly then it will turn your heart and arteries weak. High blood pressure leads to heart attacks and strokes.
Blood Pressure Reading
Doctors record blood pressure in two values, the systolic (the blood pressure as it comes in the artery from the heart) and the diastolic (the pressure when the heart ventricles repose betwixt beats). It is evaluated in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
High Bloodpressure is explained in a mature person as a bloodpressure above or equable to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or greater than or equable to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. But, a blood pressure reading greater than 140/90 shows hypertension and is observed abnormal in any age.
